Hermes sign an agreement to Brookfield Square

 Luxury retailer Hermes has signed an agreement for a space to the new renamed Brookfield Place signs in Lower Manhattan, formerly known as the World Financial Center, the present known New York Post. The business seems to be one of the largest floor within the complex to 6,354 square feet, plans show, although no one could confirm the measurement in the mail.

Asking rents for the duration of the property from $ 350 to $ 450 per square foot, Ed Hogan, national director of retail leasing for Brookfield Office Properties, told the Post.

Laura Pomerantz of his eponymous company represented the tenant, represented the company Brookfield McDevitt. Pomerantz refused to discuss details of the agreement in the mail.

Brookfield grabbed $ 1 billion in financing Brookfield Square earlier this month, as previously described.

And announced in February, Brookfield, that they signed agreements with several restaurants, including grilled cheese shop Little Muenster, Dos Toros Mexican Restaurant and announced West Coast Gourmet Burger joined Umami Burger. [NYP] Zachary Kussin
